The regional crew has opted to have their Fall GTG here in Carthage, MO..
    November 1st
    Lots of old magnesium.
    Food
    An 84DL chain race.
    More food
Soft wood cants for those inclined to race in the stock and ported clases.
    Wood carving
    Portable Norwood sawmill
Lots of BS flying here and there around the coffee pot and bon fire.
Figured I'd offer an invite to the FHC crew...

Almost 9.5 hours for me, probably too far to make it.

It would be, the farthest I have gone is 8 hours for the Central VA GTG last year. That one was easier as I am from there and extended my stay to do other things and also had a free place to sleep.

That'd be a 19hr ride for me from home. (assuming I don't need to eat, sleep. or potty) I did 8+ for the spring FHC G2G in Ohio. But you're only about 6hrs from my grandparents in IN..... Too bad I can't make it happen this year. Would be a kick-azz trip for me to bookend with some time at the grandparents. Have to work on that for next year. ;)

Hmmm, unless something drastically changes, it's about the same price to fly as it is to drive. (see? I'm already thinkin.... :sherlock:)

Would Greyhound allow a saw as a carry on?
