    "luckily" it was a battery saw so lower rpms but still a scary sight.

    There is a bit of a thing with battery saws and chaps. There is no clutch to clog up. Have not looked into yet, but saw some ramblings.

    I'm not so sure chaps work so well with electric motors given that chaps supposedly essentially work by stalling the motor.
    I would still like that line of defense though.

    I also read something about chaps and battery power , pretty sure it was similar to what others are saying.

    I would think that they would still be some kind of protection , might not be 100% but has to be better than nothing??

    What id like to know is how he was holding the saw to have that deep of penetration and at that angle.
