100% hardwood pellet made by Group Savoie out of New Brunswick from hardwood waste from their milling operation. Dark pellet, very little fines and didn't notice any dust. I've only burned a half of a bag but I've seen all I need to see. The heat is OK, but doesn't stand out like Blazer's or La Crete. Then there's the ash. Lot's of ash. Volume wise it's the most I've seen from any pellet this year. Maybe last year as well. It's light and fluffy compared to the dense ash I get from FSU's, but in 4 hours it's already falling off the front of my burnpot. I know ash is measured by weight and not volume, but there's a limit. These aren't a pellet I would expect to see at a box store, and as such are going to be pricey. The farmer's union where I bought them is selling them for $279.50. Safe to say these are the only 2 bags I'll be burning.
