Looks like it will work great as long as the lower teeth dont sink in too much. You have some great fab and welding skills there!
Wish I could take credit for the work, but I can't. I hired my neighbor to build it for me. He is a good man.
I have moved a good amount of brush by hand in the past. I have a lot of clean up work to do in the future. This is going to save my back for sure! It works very well as a ground rake to rake the brush/branches up until you have a good size load. Then close down on them and lift and away I go. Also works well as a pusher to push your pile up. I have a few piles I already made in the past with the bucket. I will not be able to burn them until it is raining. They be big.
I wondered if you were going to get that made Gas. Looks good! Your main claw's shallow lower angle was a good idea... it'll let loads off easier when you have the claw lifted a bit. It's a blast isn't it? Walking into a big pile of branches, picking up and stacking logs, building burn piles... it's a piece of cake now. Have fun!!
Yes. A heavy duty one. Custom built for this tractor so I don't have to add more hydraulics/controls. It uses the existing hydraulic cylinders that dump/level the bucket.
That's what I thought it looked like. Looks like he did a heck of a job on the fab work and the build.
