    I did our lamb centre cut shank roast in the crockpot. Turned out very juicy.

    Is lamb an acquired taste. Only had it in stew. Might have been mutton.

    Lamb is really really tasty. It's very tender too, as it should be. I just don't like eating lamb often and I pretty much won't eat veal ever. Taste is not any part of the reason for me. I love good food, though.

    I've only ever had goat a couple of times. It was very tough. Once was in a Caribbean curried goat stew. Very hot too, and I like heat. But it's all in the preparation.

    I had some pretty good goat living in South Florida for a few years, goat head soup, curried goat w/ rice and peas.
