    Not most, all of them less then 40 yrs old. Emp would kill alternators and computer chips.

    All the talk about the trailer, but nothing about the tow vehicle. Level 3 is not what I would call bulletproof either. Modern cartridges can get through a level 3. Level 4 would be a good start. The only thing I have that will stop a high velocity round is sand/gravel, and it does a great job as noted above.
