I got to wood yard to run a couple of saws this afternoon. Some small blowdowns to clean up. Didn’t get a lot done but it felt good to do a bit after being away from it for a while.

Always more fun to use a saw when youve havent in some time. Seems i rarely go more than two weeks.
Do you scrape that moss off?

Sometimes the moss gets really thick on the trees. If so, it is easy to peel off or falls off when the log is cut and moved.
Most of the time I leave it in place as it doesn’t hurt anything and actually acts like fire starter when dry.
