Just like the title says. Glacier Nat Park has found a black bear den in a cottonwood tree. They put a webcam on it. It is the first camera in this list: Glacier National Park Webcams - Glacier National Park (U.S. National Park Service)
I have clicked on like 5 times must still be sleeping I have yet to see him pop his head out patience patience
Now that they've zoomed in some you can see a little fur at the bottom of the opening. Saw ears a few minutes ago.
Cool. Reminded me of the time Rick Mercer went tagging black bears in their dens in Algonquin Park in Ontario.
x2, I got caught up with checking/watching April the pregnant giraffe. Went over my monthly data cap by like $25.
Anyone else see an evil reptile head and neck inside the bole of that tree? No wonder the bear uses it as a den for a long sleep - seems to have a built in watcher.
