Does anyone make a bar adapter for fitting stihl/husky bars on say a echo? Guy I work with has a brand 590. Needs a bar/chain and clutch cover. Said he’d give it to me for 75 bucks. I really don’t have any use for it but if I could use a bar/chain I already have instead of buying an echo then I’d probably buy it. Thought I remember someone custom making something. Thanks.

Edit: Also, a question on string trimmers. So I bought a husqvarna 535ls trimmer and am looking to put a brush blade on it. Anyone know what I need? Never have had a need for a brush blade up until now. Every kit I find online says not for 35cc and up, it will only fit 525 and smaller.

Cannon makes adapters for many different combinations of saws/bars.

I bought one to run Stihl bars on my 620p echo, it works perfect.

Large mount husky bars will work without an adapter, it's just a little sloppy because the echo studs are slightly smaller than husky.
