    Hello
Best time to give your stone a spruce up is now. :)
I use 2,000 deg flame proof for the inside and stove bright high temp for the outside. :)

Where did you get the paint for inside the stove? I paint mine with the rustoleum stuff. Keeps it looking good until first flame.

    Hi IHP
I use 2,000 deg Flat Black Header paint from the auto supply store for the inside.

Well not the whole stove, but the brick inserts. I also used the VHT 2000 paint, then cured them in my power coat oven.

I had some flaking on my stove near the cat. I also have a few spots on the 'cook top' to sand and re-spray.

Do you paint the heat exchanger with this, too?

repainted a few spots that needed touched up. Also, the front of my stove by the cat flaked the paint. And, I repainted the stovetop "burners"
