    It will take 18 inch wood on the width but I am more interested in The depth from front to back.
    Will it take a 16" log loading N/S

    Based on the manual and the firebrick dimensions, it looks to be no more than 10.375"

    I never thought to use the bricks as a guide, Looks like it won't take 16 inch Splits N/S
    I have to take some dry wood and go teach my daughter how to run her stove And she's not there right now to measure it
