For years I have had a nagging SI joint (where the pelvic bones meet up to the spine basically)that occasionally would go out of place. Yes I'm old and moldy. This past Saturday at 2am I rolled over in bed and POP! I proceeded to spend the next 55 hours propped up in the only chair that could cradle me and not be excruciating. Monday morning I was at the chiropractor before he was there and was worked on immediately. From what I gather the joint slipped out so severely that it "locked up". 2 treatments in and I'm 35% better. This was a close second for most painful experiences in life. Still can hardly walk and laying down is impossible to get comfortable. What do any of you do to stay limbered up, for pain, to prevent, or home remedy?
