I thought I heard something about a dedicated stove to bake the parts in. Don't want to mix powder coat smell and chemicals with chocolate chip cookies.

Agree, the oven will be your biggest issue.

What are you thinking of coating?

Research showed to use a dedicated oven, said the powder will stay in the oven and no food should ever go in there again. Want to strip and powder the riser on my bow, and if works good who knows what else. Thing is I can get the gun oven and a sand blaster for what it would cost to send the now out to do it.

Only powder coating I have done used a suspension bin, not a gun. Vibration caused the particles to raise into the air and you would take the heated products and swing it around the particle cloud until coated. Can't imagine that system is a realistic DIY item though. Man has got to know his limitations..........
