I have had mine for 6 years. The top retainers were both replaced at 3 yrs. The center one bowed down again, which let the damper rod fall out of the plate. Taking all of this apart it looks like i need to replace all the metal inside the box. Oh and the air wash for the window fell apart at year 2. I am hoping they are easy to work with. Invested alot of money in this.
