Does anyone manufacture new one and two man crosscut saws? I don't want decorations, I want useable quality tools. There doesn't seem to be much out there and the ones I have found people review them negatively.

I will admit I don't plan on using something called a "misery whip" often. For some reason though, there's a strange desire to own a couple.

What do you guys have/ use?

Not in the US to my knowledge. But a couple German & I think maybe a Swedish company still makes traditional forestry saws.
Those aren't bad,but still not the quality of the pre-WW II domestic & European models. They're much more expensive compared to vintage ones too.

I have a few old Disston's (including a 1930's NOS 4 ft 2 man crosscut that hangs on the wall) & a few others in the shop/garage.But they are rarely used now.Did use them somewhat often back in my 20's though.

In the background is a 36" Tuttle tooth, German made. Pretty decent saw for the money. It is from traditionalwoodworker.com
They have different sizes as well as two man saws. I do a couple trees every year with an axe and the crosscut, makes you appreciate a chainsaw of any size!
