Any apple growers?

    I took a few pics of my apples and trees. The pics of the trees demonstrate what chemical thinners can do for proper spacing of the apples on the trees.

    Nice harvest. I don't grow any because they are so plentiful around here. I am appled out.

    Nice. I saw a segment on the news the other day about "heirloom apples". Ended up joining a group called "Out on a Limb Heritage Apples", they send out a newsletter and they have a CSA for distribution of different apple varieties in the fall, I was too late to join for this year, turns out there used to be around 10,000 different strains of apples in New England...pretty interesting stuff
