We were ready to drive down to Colo and pick up a John Deere riding mower. I asked for more info and they sent a description from another brand lol. And sadly, my aunt and her boyfriend (not the sharpest tool in the shed) paid for a $5,000 Cadillac that didn't exist.
The thing that cracks me up about these ads is when it's supposed to be in Akron Ohio, and you can see it's parked on sand, with palm trees in the background! Sadly though, some people still fall for the scam (and some scams are well done/hard to detect, until it's too late) I'm skeptical of anything too cheap, or at all fishy...spidy senses on high until things are proven to be right. We bought a van last year that had me on high alert, but everything turned out as it was supposed to...but, had we not drove 2 hours to go look at it, I would have shied away. Even though there were no problems, I probably will tend to avoid similar situations in the future.
That’s for sure in Circleville and it’s freshly washed. Think about the JD climate controlled cab comfort you will enjoy next winter. Folks are on waiting lists to pay more for a wood splitter. Just saying
