    20 min to mix up the marinade
    30 min to slice the meat and clean the slicer
    marinated the meat in a 2 gallon zip lock overnight
    about 1.5 hours per batch on the smoker at 185 degrees, I did 3 batch's and had meat sliced pretty thin
