I spent a couple hours this afternoon clearing trees along the side of the dirt road I live on to get more sunlight to help dry it out. And got about all the rounds my wimpy trailer wants to carry. Sent from my SM-S102DL using Tapatalk
Nice little haul there! Some of our equipment may not be pretty, but works hard, thats all that matters.
Your wimpy trailer is way gooder than my trailer, none. Nice way to spend a couple of hours in my book.
You just don't never know what you might get into or what may happen. Sent from my SM-S102DL using Tapatalk
Sometimes/often I'll take a second saw in case something happens to the first/main saw. But I always have a second bar and chain (usually multiple chains) in case the first gets buggered or more importantly, stuck.
At least someone knows the limits of their equipment! I’ve broken so much stuff pushing it over the years! Nice work Dangit Karl
Still going. Taking it easy on her. Use it as a backup when we have a vehicle down. Hauls the firewood from the pole barn to the garage before heading to the basement to burn. Sometimes pulls the wood splitter. Use it for trips to the home improvement store. That’s about it these days. I can feel the clutch starting to slip a little, so I’m taking it easy on her these days. From one truck abuser to another, thanks for remembering little green Little green in the background last winter!
Ive thought of getting another beater truck. Know of where i can get one similar to mine cheap. Just a wood hauler maybe.
I guess I live on the edge, I only own one chain saw, a Stihl 025 that's about 30 years old. At the risk of jinxing myself, it's been so reliable I haven't given any thought to having a backup.
No wishlist. Supposedly its an F150 with the suicide doors like mine has. Owners son i know and has worked on and maintained it as he is a mechanic. Cheap too.
Hard to beat a used truck that you know the history on! What’s making you think you’d like a new truck?
