.404 chain???

    Got three 20" chains with my used 460 powerhead last year. Two fit a .063/.375 bar which i had to buy new.
    This one is .063 with 67 drive links and doesnt fit. Is it .404???

    I have roll of virgin chain i compare them too, but 404 is a much larger link and should appear visibly larger and wider if you set them side by side. Disclaimer...I am not an expert, but that is why I have a few links for reference.

    Measure 3 rivets and divide by 2 that will give you the pitch.

    I agree or if the bar is a roller tip, run the chain over the nose and if it doesn't fit, and the other two do, it is most likely .404.
