Has anyone had a chance to watch the 4 HOUR show on Netflix about cutting, stacking, seasoning, and even using firewood as musical instruments? It's called "SlowTV - Firewood Evening". Some parts are kind of hokey, but overall, a great look into Scandinavian firewood culture! Now you can binge watch Slow TV on Netflix Cheers!
Oh, the author of this book was behind some of the show's content: https://www.amazon.com/Norwegian-Wood-Chopping-Stacking-Scandinavian/dp/1419717987
Thanks for the heads up, Garry. I'm going to check it out. Mama and I just watched a Slow TV about the Norwegian cruise/cargo ships that sail way north of the Artic circle.
The girl who plays the saw is a fav of mine. "What made you want to play a saw?" "I am a big Tom Waits fan."
well, it is Slow TV! I watched the Firewood Morning vid and really liked the interviews with the old loggers. The music was nice, too.
Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, they don't last forever but Beagle's sure are a unique dog. I think they are the most good tempered dog there is, at least of all the different dogs I've had in the past. Except of course, if you let them, they would eat until they explode.
