I think I read on a different forum that a full wrap kit ( like the one available from HLsupply) for a 572 will work on a 372 also. Does anyone have any knowledge of this for sure? My 372 is an x-torque if that matters

According to Ahupd.com it's a different part number.

    372xp x-torq full wrap handle:
    522593201

    572 on HLS is part#579504001

They may work but I don't know.

Why don't you just order the one for the 372?

It looks like that one is NLA & $117 if it was. The kit from HLsupply is only around $50

The 572 kit is, or at least was, $30 plus tax at the dealer. The clutch cover works, the dogs I believe need slotted and maybe ground on a little bit for the inside dog to fit. And I tried fitting the wrap handle to a 372 and gave up when I realized it wasn’t going to look like anything I could be proud of
