C’mon we’re dying for the money shot! Where’s a pic of it all stacked up beautifully inside?

Also, if you’re OCD like many of us here, I assume you’re putting last years wood on top so it gets burned first this season?

It’s gonna take me a few days…here is one from last year. CE63DE9A-147C-4B33-88AC-CCD7CC66821F.jpeg Moving the wood from last year never occurred to me! I figure it’s as dry as it’s gonna get so…

Same thing has been going on here all week. Now, it's in between the raindrops!

I usually wait for 2-3 hard frosts before bringing in any wood in quantity. The frost seems to kill off any bugs that might be in the wood. But that's just me.

Warner that is one sweet setup! Stacked right to the floor joists! I like your 2X4 end stops running from the pallets to the joists. No fooling around trying to crib the ends, just keep stacking until it’s full.

OMG, that leftover wood could be ten years old if you do the same every year. :)

Thanks! I crib my outside stacks but with the height and wife/kids helping cribbing could lead to a logalanch.

I’m short one piece of 2x4! I’ll be diving into my favorite dumpster Monday.
