With this colder weather pattern I'm at 2 bags a day . Who else is using 2 or more bags a day of pellets ?

I'm getting close to 3 bags a day - last night was a 1-bagger just in the P43.

I don’t have a pellet stove. What does a bag weigh? Cost per bag? Average $ per month?

    Thanks

    $5ish here in MA
Most folks use about 3-4 tons a season.

How often do you have to clean them out? Downtime?

The cleaning time is about 30 - 45 mins , once a month for me , depends upon the stove and the pellets ( some are ashy than others ) . Down time about 3 hrs +- have to wait till stove cools down . Keeping the stove clean is the best thing you can do .

This winters has been warmer so far so I havnt needed to run the stove much-been using more oil heat till now . Its been burning since Friday morning and will stay on for the foreseeable future.

1 stove in the basement. If I had a 2nd stove upstairs, Id be burning almost no oil

That totally depends on where you live and how much tolerance you/your stove has for ash. If I buy per ton, here in NH, I can spend anywhere from $225/ton (if I have a coupon or hit a sale) all the way up to just shy of $400/ton.

In WA - great pellets are much cheaper.
