064 on DesMoines CL

Anybody near DesMoines looks like a good deal if it checks out. Said he post pics on Monday. He said he put new rings and intake in it. Assuming everything else checked out when it was apart.?

That's not a bad deal if it's in good condition. I've got an 064 & it's been a great saw.

Yes you would, they're getting a bit rare, but they're pretty impressive old saws. Look on the map for somebody on the forum that's close by, maybe they'd check it out for ya. I've done that more than once.

 

I did that once ended up costing me close to $500. I really like the saw though

 

I can try to contact my brother-in-law today if you want me to. His folks live in that town maybe they know the seller, only about 100 folks in Derby. It’s about 70 miles from me but I don’t have time to go look while we are harvesting.

 

Almost 3 hours from here, sorry but get enough windshield time at work.

 

I'd be looking at it if I was near.
