It's my favorite wood from what's available to me in No. Cal. Burns clean with little ash and good heat.

I think that these HF splitters do not go vertical.

Thanks all, fixed it. The main cause/fix was the spark plug. Removed, and it turned over. Started up.
After several pulls in attempting to start, the saw seized. Cannot pull the cord. Thoughts on how to free up the saw.

Double wall is hotter inside therefore improves the draft while staying cleaner. Lasts longer because inner wall is stainless steel.
Double wall for a cleaner flue and a more efficient stove.
