    It's missing the circled black thing. Need to figure how to get the recoil fixed. Can't start it the way it is now.

    It's clean inside. No dirt, rust or anything. Not sure if it is getting stuck. I just know it's not working.

    Having problems with the recoil. Once you pull it out, it won't go back in. I also need a carb cover. Any suggestions for either problem?
