Won't burn the Russian olive until 18-19 season. All I did was drop my trailer off and the tree service loaded it.. Lodge pole has the best BTU's...
Actually it the Russian olive splits nice. Very reddish and straight grain. Saved a big round to see how it dries. Thinking of making a pedestal...
