I’ve been knocking around the idea of trying square ground on my saws.
    Anybody running a Simington grinder?
I know they may not be the most versatile out there but appears I can find a used one for a decent price and I don’t mind sinking some of the firewood profits into equipment.

    i had a 450 and now i have a 451c
you can change the grinds alot more than you think
i learned on the 450 and it didnt have a adjustable arm so only real way to change anything was with the wheel dresser angles
the 451c has a couple adjustments on the arm of it and can do more
404 can be done on it as well but not as many areas to change
