    late start to the day. Holidays and all that Jazz.
    Did get the 361 out tho. That saw is starting to come around nicely. Must be getting broke in.
    Used the backsaver today. I like it. Just one log so far to fill out a stack.

    It is September. Plenty of saws will start getting some time in now.

    Yep oak. This one was standing dead for 6-7 years. A little punky here and there but still good wood. Should be good for next year if I need it.

    Once again only a little play after lunch. Friend came up and we chatted on a log for quite awhile.
    Getting this chunk of ash out of the way so I can get to work on all the oak scored last year.

    Have a peavey for the normal stuff but a rafting dog and winch rolls the big stuff much easier.

    That looks like some great wood. I like the way you can lift those huge rounds without hurting yourself.
