    My first step was to get a 30 yrd rolloff out there, its full now. It's been 100 degrees plus for almost three weeks. Its really to hot to get much work done. I'd like to re skin the entire building and put the old metal back on for that vintage look and spray foam the place but that won't be cheap.

    Can you use the large blanket insulation that they use commonly on clear span metal buildings?
    Or rigid foam? Sometimes you can find that stuff used after it has been removed from flat roofs.
    Either way, a building that size is gonna cost some coin to insulate...
