Found this recipe on the web. Missouri Peaches are just coming on. So I figured I’d try it, sounds good.... hopefully they’ll be good on some ice cream.... minus the caramel vodka, thought I might need it for filler. But there was enough of the others to do the job. 6 jars was done with Knob Creek Smoked Maple and 6 was done with Kraken Spiced Rum. Each jar (8oz) used about 2 1/2 ounces of liquor and 1 tsp of maple syrup.

Although these sound fantastic and I always loved the taste of dark rum, the recipe article answered my question of "non alcoholic version?" as I dont indulge any longer

You can, of course, substitute hot water for the liquor for a grain free, and non-alcoholic version. They would still be delicious, and alcohol is not for everyone. I wouldn't be upset, and in fact, I made some like this for my nieces and nephews, just make sure to label them accordingly for obvious reasons.

The 3-year-old is already falling all over the place, the last thing he needs is a drink.

I’ve put some in the wood soaked for the beer...... but that syrup is from Costco... really good on pancakes & waffles.... my buddy gets other varieties off there website or Amazon (can’t remember) but he uses my leftover cinnamon sticks and let’s it soak for about a month and says it’s good...
