    Yea the people that do tires and lube at dealer shops are not much different from your tire shop employees. It's not like their Ford certified mechanics are changing your tire and oil at the dealers.

    I guess that's where I'm lucky. My mechanic is the head mechanic and won't let anyone else touch my truck.

    So when a customer asks what the total price is for the work being done, what do you tell the customer?
    Do you tell the customer the total for the brake work or do you tell the customer the total price
    of the tires and the brakes added up, which would be the total price?
