Suspect the neighbors will be over soon. Sun has gone down and the fire light is shining. Beer is on ice. I hear fire works going off around the area.
Family and friends were over earlier today. Lot of young ones. Bedtime for them. Wife took the little ones into bed, dad gets to stay up a little later.

Gorgeous evening here in Southern Connecticut as well. Started the fire for getting charcoal going, we grilled and ate on the deck. I kept the fire going. Fireworks and katydids making noise here as well. Great evening to be alive!
Neighbors did come over last night. Wife made it outside to enjoy the fire as well after the little ones fell asleep.
It has been nice in our neck of the woods lately! I was close to you today, wife and I went for a bike ride to Shakedown BBQ. If you've never been and like que, try 'em out. It was fantastic!
