    At first I thought it was locust but now all I know is that I don’t know what it is. Worth picking up?

    Do you have a better picture of the leaves? They look like cherry leaves.

    Hard to tell from the leaves but the bark says cherry IMO mrfancyplants

    The leaves look like they are compound like hickory.

    Whatever it is grab it.

    The leaves were way up there with no lower branches, so I couldn’t really tell
    if they were compound or not, even with bare eyes. The wood color looks orange like cherry, right? I’ve never (knowingly)seen a cherry that big.. but I wasn’t always looking.

    Looks like cherry to me. Cut some with a dull chain and you’ll know right away LOL
