Well a bit Redneck like... but it’s on the non street side of the pool, so there’s that.... but hopefully it’ll hold till this fall....pool is full now... So I can actually enjoy the pool for a few days...... Duck Tape... Bubble gum fix... From this: To:
We have one medium sized cooler filled with ice water and all the girls have those special water absorption towels and do the same. Normally we play up to 8 games a day but this is just showcase for coaches to watch perspective players. Tomorrow is supposed to be just as bad as today but it’s a single elimination day so we will play back to back until we either win it all or lose.
We had a nice little power outage last night for a few hours with OAT at 85. My dad has a digital volt meter plugged in and was getting 98 volts earlier in the day. Definitely a hard day on the power grid. It is supposed to be similar today. I have a close relatives vacationing at Yellowstone N P today and they will be waking up to about 38 degrees. I'm just a little bit jealous of that temperature. Inside projects today. This week looks to be in the 80's.
Love the "Pedi", nice color co ordination with the liver spots. Cannot imagine what the sandals look like................................
Wow what a busy week. Leaving for a 3 day vacation in the White Mountains this afternoon, then nothing planned for the second half of the week. I'll hopefully get some time later this week to pick up some wood that has been abandoned in Nashua since the health scare.
Had an interesting start to the day. Got up around 4:45 to do a pit stop. As I step our of the bedroom the whole sky lite up. Watched it for a few minutes then went back to bed. Gave that up about 20 min later and decide to watch the light show. No bolts of lightning nor thunder. After about 10 minutes had to step back inside for a few and that is when I heard the first thunder. Came back out and the skies opened up. Poured for about 10 minutes. Then it continued on east. Clear blue skies once it got light out. Was 90 yesterday, today in 80s and tomorrow upper 60s. Gotta love mother nature.
