    Saw this ad and can't tell what the wood is. Kinda looks like pine. Anyone want to speculate?

    First picture the front left on the ground looks like red oak, other than that pine.
    Makes for great starter wood or wood for an outdoor woodburner, also great for a campfire.

    Yeah, looks like mostly pine.
    I see one or two that are not.

    Looks like typical pile around here when they clear a lot to build a house. The good stuff is picked out and pine, poplar and sometimes even red maple gets put in a pile. Even free a pile can sit for a long time. Pine's great if you like attending the stove x2.

    Pine, easy to get to, no crazy limbs, nice even rounds. I'd get it.
