I have a couple of the stihl 2n1 file guides and they work fine for semi chisel chain that is not skip chain. I am finding out one cannot use that file guide with a skip chain. Is there any way to use that 2n1 on skip chain?
No not properly. Just buy the simple file guide the fits to the file and a progressive depth gauge. This setup is just as easy and far superior as well.
