Time for a picture dump Molly - well behave lab Maple was always busy and well behaved There were always at least 3 good conversations going on between everyone. One of the greatest things at these GTG's is that there is never solidified "groups" People are constantly shuffling around to participate in new conversations with different people and seeking out those that are less mobile to discuss life and ideas.
Pizza time fishingpol has a neatly organized kitchen Our professional pizza cutter! I can't draw that straight of a line even if I use a ruler The coolest little kindling split helper. No axe needed - the blade does the work. I would have loved one of these when I burned wood!
Wood Cutting time. I wasn't nearly as close as Midwinter for these pictures. My little Cannon impressed me (once again) with the fairly clear results even with high zoom
Well, check the price of picked lobster meat at the supermarket next time and you will then understand how much it would take to stuff a roll full times 20 people. Everyone was great about leaving some for others.
I woke up early, as I normally do and decided to head back home as it was getting light. As I got just down the road from the G2G, I was struck by the beauty of the sunrise. I had a great time and again want to thank everyone who attended, with a special shout out to Brian and Dawn, for making this event happen!
Ride up Franconia notch. Cannon mountain tram. About 20 minutes after bogieb left. It was a nice ride back on the NH highways. I comment how nice they are.
Memories of a great weekend! So nice to put names to faces & meet some wonderful folks. Brian & Dawn we’re welcoming hosts, thank so much for opening your place to us! I’m sure a lot of unseen work & planning went into making this happen. Thanks to all for a great weekend!
Wow looks like suck a great time. Hopefully I'll be able to make it out to a future one! Also hoping someone will post pictures of the passing of the sign in the:Tribe of the Traveling FHC Sign thread. Good on ya Well Seasoned for hosting such a great GTG!
We all had an unforgettable time. Next year will be questionable since graduation is in our future too, but we'll shoot for a later g2g in the summer. Thanks to everyone that came out and really contributed so much time, food, & gifts! The last the folks have left, so plenty more pictures surely coming!
Really wanted to be there this year but graduation next Saturday and a ton to get done around the house. Rain every other day has put a stop to so much. Actually coming together this weekend with it so nice out finally. Few more hours on the York rake and a few odds and ends and we’re done. Glad everyone had a good time. Next year I’m definitely going whenever you decide to do it.
