    We are back home safe. Good trip back. The mountains were so beautiful with all the newly leafed out trees. Then as we were within a mile of home, the view up the Kennebec river was spectacular. The setting sunset was like looking at logs burning. Bright red, more red than I recall having seen it.
    our day ate the GTG was fantastic. Not as many attending, but it also enabled a lot of us to catch up with each other.
    Brian said it was OK to bring our black lab, Molly. She and maple got along just fine. So glad we brought her. She rode just fine. She had the back seat to herself. Most of the time she laid down. I think she love all the attention she got from everyone.
