    Silver: 8B25E3F4-749C-4DE7-B41D-0249E31C8741.jpeg Red: C43CBEF3-D270-4E8E-8A19-0DEF22551609.jpeg Looks more like ruberum(red) to me. The branches would have regular ridging on a silver.

    thats funny you say that as i studied the pics (even though they were fuzzy) and though it might be white oak. OK, so IDing isn't your thing, but great wood scores definately are thats for sure. Pleasant surprise on getting white oak BTUUUUUUU"S instead of silver maple. Ill take that any day as would any member here im sure. Any more scores lined up this weekend? Get that WHOOOOOOOOD!!!

    you're out of control zombie:picard:thats okay, im going cutting later at my friends. Town finally cut down this huge Norway maple by the street after 7+ months of us waiting. I knew id end up cutting in the heat!
