Main floor pellet stove is back on. When I left this morning it was 70* in the house. Got home to 65 - been heavily overcast all day and raining for a lot of it and the current temp outside is 45*. Had a nice weekend of weather for a change though, so I'll take it.

I heard about the bees and orioles doing damage to nectar feeders for hummingbirds hope any I get leave the hummingbirds alone as we have plenty of hummingbirds.

Sitting here watching the lights flash on and off on the new controller.

Went to the big city today to take care of some business and was close to an electronics shop.
Picked up a handful of resistors to add to my selection.

Fooled around adjusting the timing on the new controller.

Got it about as good as it's gonna get.

10 seconds on #1 On feed time set at 3 seconds
    8.5 seconds on #2
    7.5 seconds on #3
    6.5 seconds on #4
    4 seconds on #5

I used the stop watch in my iphone and ran each one at least 4 times.

    Good enough...

Still waiting for the new panel meter.
Can't seem to find any here locally :(

I want that meter in and working before I button this bad boy up to the stove.

I'm the goof ball. Got the BP readings to prove it. Some day I'll write the book.

I'm not going to jump on the bird feeder right off because I can work around it as I really didn't expect it until Thursday, just hate being lied to.

Mine just kicked on too. 46 degrees out. Stove was set at 65. Shouldn't run too long and I'll shut it off for the night when I go to bed...but still!

Mine ran at least once overnight, and is running now (stat set at 69). Still raining even thought the weather guessers said it should be done before midnight. Will turn the thermostat down to 67 in case the sun makes an appearance today.

We have a pair of grosbeaks this year too JT. Funny, other than the telltale beak and funny observation behavior they do, they really look nothing alike, completely different colors. Lots of finches too. Would like to see an oriole or two stop by, but none so far this season.
