May 22 and 39 degrees at the house this AM. Lit the little stove to take the chill out.

I finally finished the post in the stickies at the top concerning the new controller for my ADVANTAGE 2 T stove.

The final Schematic and all the pertinent data is posted.
I posted PDF type files on the text materials.
I wanted to wait to post the final materials due to the many minor revisions that were made during the build.

I have the material under construction now on the controller for the Prodigy 2 stove

This unit is very similar, but has differences due to the original design of the stoves factory control system.
The original systems parameters were used as a basis for the new system.
The original system did not have a fail safe on the exhaust booster to shut off the stove if the booster failed.
I routed the booster circuit such that if the fuse blows, the power to the relay that controls the Room fan (Combi fan) is shut off, then the fan stops...the pressure switch opens and the auger stops.

I will finish this system and get it through real time testing and then post the entire package...

JUST finished double checking the wiring on the new panel against the spec.

All looks great and I have a headache  but that's how tedious things go...

Could not find a piece of aluminum to mount the resistor block assembly on around here ????? so need to get a piece in town.

Crap and wind all night. 6" snow this am. Went to sheet metal guy, bending and welding corners on outside of proposed hopper extension, and the inner braces, which will also be ramps, for the sides, estimate was 125-135, and that was for the 18" high version. Told him do it. He is a week behind, i told him no rush. Had not seen him in prob 14 years, walked in the door, he yells "bob"!,lol. Did not think he would remember me. So,I need some 1' wide flat iron, and some 1" angle, will see what I have in basement before buying any. Anyway, got rear seat out of van and into shed, so tomorrow I can load up camping gear.

New job is good. 12 hour overnight shifts are not great, but 4 days off are. Tonight starts my 3 nights off and I'm really over tired. Mowed the lawn yesterday and only got 4 hrs. sleep before working last night shift. Work is much easier than turning wrenches all day, lots of walking though. Making a few more buckaroos too.
