Good morning everyone. Just sitting on the porch enjoying the weather. Checking to see what everybody is up to. My lilac is just beginning to flower and when the wind blows I can just get a hint of them.

 

Looking at bluebird skies out the window at work. Probably get into the 90's again today.

 

We have partly cloudy skies with a nice breeze.

Good morning everyone! I made some good progress with the oak splitting yesterday, and today I have to put together more stacking space. The steel brackets I like to use are up to $27.99/pair, must be the metal tariffs. Last time I bought them they were $17.99/pair on sale. I answered a CL in town for some PT racks, just have to figure out how to get them home.
It's humid and forecast to get to 80° today with thunderstorms. Have a good day.

Good morning everyone! Complete change in the weather overnight, now it's cool, crisp, and breezy. I wasn't ready for that other stuff, sorry T.Jeff but you can keep it. I did manage to get the wood racks home, they were smaller than I thought, so I managed to weasel them into the RAV4 in a couple of trips, only 5 miles away.
I'm going to set them up on three sides of some plastic pallets, to make a place for all my black locust.
More oak splitting today. Have a great one everybody!

 

Nice. Yep, it's pretty warm for May, but right now we have shade and fans. Also work late evening and nights.

 

This is all I'm good for this morning... Lots to go. Time for a shower and less strenuous activities.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY. It's gonna be a hot one all week down here. We are going to take break from the wood pile today. Hunny is taking newest granddaughter in for her 1 month check up and I have 2 small side jobs to do, bush hogging with the tractor for about an hour and then cutting a yard with mower, take about 1 1/2 hrs, got to make a little gas $$...be ready for bed by then... share a smile, word, hug...live by the Golden Rule. May GOD keep y'all safe today.

Same to you sir. Carpet coming today. Want to mow but rain is on the doorstep. Careful with the bush hogging. Hidden danger is a tree branch knocking you off.

 

Good mornin peoples....65* for a high today....i have 4 landscape timbers to set, sump pump hose connector to put on...then spread some stones around some timbers. Gettin ready for some severe storms that are predicted for thursday afternoon into evening.
A/C servicer comin today to do a pressure test tryin to find a small freon leak....HAVE A SAFE ONE....

 

Good morning everyone, can't like that persistent heat down south. Take some air conditioning breaks between jobs, please.
I have to mow today too. I've been pumping out the water on top of the pool cover, and now I can start fishing out the skanky dead leaves. It's all part of the process, every step bad. And there is oak to split. I can't complain, the weather has been perfect.
