For someone who doesn't have their own woodlot or has to buy their wood they might look at it but it does not say what kind of wood it is and how much that truck holds. Seems a bit high priced to me.
116/ log cord, and that looks to mostly under apx 10" dia. makes for a pretty dense log cord. course + transport no mention of $ /mi for same, just call for discusion. So up front looks ok but as mentioned what species of wood in the mix.
I am not buying, just saw it and hadn't ever seen an ad like this remotely in my area before. Many variables that you bring up that I wouldn't have thought of. 20 log cord? How does that translate into cords of firewood?
Paid $80/log cord for mixed Green hard woods last fall- 6 log cord load- the provider was only about 20 minutes from me.
I know someone on this forum posted about it once but don't remember who. I'm guessing you might lose 10% but really don't know.

20 logger cord will split & stack out to about 16-17 cord of firewood. Maybe a bit more with those small logs. A loosely thrown core is 180 cu.ft. tight stacked is 128cu.ft. Logger cord is about in the middle usually. Measure load & divide by 155 & you'll be close.
Correct, 128 cubic feet tightly stacked. 180 cu ft loosely thrown. Logger cord is a measurement of stacked logs which have much more airspace in between. I think the only legal measurement is a cord at 128 cu ft tightly stacked. I believe the State of Maine was the first to define that measurement legally. I may very well be wrong about that though.
