I want to personally thank the following people, I hope I get all the names right; Walt, Tim, Chris, Larry, James and Bob. All these fellas came to my home where we operate the Wood Ministry and gave of their Saturday morning and afternoon to help cut a PILE of firewood for us. In all they cut 3 full triaxles of wood. They were like a bunch of happy beavers doing what they do best, eat wood! LOL.
Also, I would like to thank Scott and Joe, that while they couldn't make the cutting event because they were at a job, they did donate and deliver a huge trailer and truck load of freshly cut maple trees. Again, thank you all so very much from the bottom of mine and my wife's heart for your time and generosity.

Just a heads up, if enough people are interested I spoke to Scott and we just may have a HUGE get together next spring including roasting/BBQing a whole hog. We will have the pool to swim in, I'll make sure we have enough wood to cut as much as you'd like and just have a huge friendly get together. Let me know your thoughts.

I feel bad that we missed out on yesterday.

If you do a GTG we'd be inclined & honored to attend.

Looks like y'all had a good day there. :saw: :stack:
Glad to see there was plenty of experience on site...cutting off of a log pile can be pretty dangerous...I know a guy that was hurt pretty bad when the pile shifted/collapsed on him...I've done it myself, but it makes me plenty nervous. :startled:
When approaching the pile I probably look like a cat investigating potentially suspicious/dangerous prey

Nice work fellows. Glad to see others doing a wood ministry. We help a few folks down here too, a group from church gets together.
