    If the wife hadn't dropped a block of wood on her toe yesterday, I'd have the extra pair of hands on the bottom end of the sloped table to get the rounds and split them.

    necessity is the mother of invention as my mother used to say Jim Barry . BTW its a downspout, the gutter is the horizontal rain catcher. Sorry, ive done it for a living for many years and it bugs me when homeowners would call it that. Nice looking rig though!

    Nice Jim. Next hack might be to strap the saw a bit tighter so it does not move as you are making the cut. Things tend to wear a lot and rather quickly when they move like that.
