That looks like a small piece of onion on there. You must be off your diet!!! Or was that just green onions? That looks delicious!!!

Picked up a new Traeger Eastwood 22 at HD yesterday...was sort of an impulse buy although I've been looking. The sales guy asked if I wanted one in a box or already assembled, he only had one assembled and I wasn't real sure if it would fit in the truck cuz I had the dog box in the truck at the time so I said I better take one un-assembled, he says, dog box?...what kind of dogs you got?...turns out he's a hound dog freak too, he convinces me we can get it to fit and says, then I'll get to spend a couple hours out back away from customers assembling some more;)...he also threw in some bags of open pellets for free, a bag of blend, a hickory, a cherry, a apple, a pecan and two alder:dex:

Was hoping for better weather today, rain all day here. Getting ready to throw 2 red snappers on the fire pit and 2 trays of mussels and clams on the gas grill for Mother’s Day. Have a great day to all the Moms out there.

I've been slacking here posting in my favorite area, got many things in the house ripped apart including my kitchen for re-model. Tonight I broke out the big boy, #14 cast skillet. I'm gonna bake some chicken thighs in a simple BBQ sauce, ranch dressing and garlic combination! It's one of my favorites. 400º for an hour and they are golden cooked brown and juicy. More pics after done...

I just happen to have thighs in the freezer, but it's wonderful on any chicken. You would be suprised of how well it tastes with that combination. One day years back I had a bunch of sauces in the fridge that had about a 1/4 bottle left in them so I finished them off on the chicken..., "how bad could it be"? It turned out super. I do skinless and boneless breast for the wife like this, she likes them with a dash of pepper on them also. :)
