Deck fell off at ~5 hours...that almost sounds like a dealer prep issue? (or maybe that is what you were saying...)
Not at all. Factory assembly. We check level. Not bolt torque on everything. ( Its obviously on the radar now for our uncrating procedures) We sell a boatload of exmarks....this was a first. They are almost always level straight outta the crate. Fwiw, If it was our mistake I would totally admit it. We are all human.
I suppose I will have to put the 6ft belly mower on the tractor shortly- if i can find all the parts.
I don't think blessed is the word I would use if I found myself upside down in a lake with a 1500 pound mower on top of me.
Fs91r. First tank of gas that I personally put in this trimmer for the customer. Pretty much going with a bad cast on the piston that let go of the pin on one side and twisted the rod. Also sheared the flywheel key. This is also a first.....never seen this out of multiple semi loads of these things Ive sold in the past year.
Such as it is with cast parts. While the reliability is extremely high once the process is refined, any given piece on the line *could* contain a unique flaw.
