I think so, but just barely. I was in a bus and I was being driven around. I've spent time in Newark airport as well, but I don't count those as states or counties visited.

 

Stayed overnight in N. Bergen 2-3 nights. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

"Someone" wanted to visit NYC for a vacay back in 08.....

Looking back on it, the most interesting was Ellis Island

 

Newark - affectionately know as the armpit f the world- Had to spend a week there in the mid 70's- worst trip of my existence- came down with a sinus infection on Sat, flight out on Sunday 8 am. Janesville WI , Milw. WI, Detroit, Chicago, Newark ( don't ask me I didn't book it) flights delayed all the way around. Got into Detroit about 10pm Ohare at 12 am Newark 4am ( was supposed to arrive by 6 pm. MY one piece of luggage lost at this point I have no vocal ability at all. My head feels like it is holding 250o psi- meds in luggage naturally. Now this is the mid 70,s so none of these modern computer aided communication devices exist yet, everything at Newark is closed . Had to wait until 8 am for my rented car then try to drive to my hotel in rush hour traffic- like i know where i am going -not, get to hotel -they canceled my room as a no show- and were booked full because of something else-they did find me a room at some dump 10 miles out of town. go there that took 1.5 hours to reach, now have to drive back into one of the industrial parks to see Customer and repair machinery. I am 5+ hours late at this point so they are pizzed. Find problem, circuit boards are in luggage along with test tools. So now I have to repair existing boards- I have to write everything down so someone else can use the phone to find what I need to repair machine. Get that done and now to teach a class on this unit. Got through all that did not turn out too bad- and at 10 am I Fri I get handed a note that my luggage is at Newark- Luggage had a much nicer trip than I did it went to Hawaii. I did get a very nice letter from the company president( customer) Thanking us for the service and apologizing for the nasty start, which he really didn't have to do. At the time there were only 3 of us stateside for service on this unit. Haven't been back there again sent one of my minons out instead. A few months later I had to go to Main same machine, absolutely gorgeous. Mid fall tress all in color beautiful trip. Stayed a couple extra days just to look around as nothing else was on the books at that particular point in time. The trials and tribulations of regional service techs.

 

We saw this on the freeway in Melbourne on Tuesday and thought it justified a picture.



I wonder what the load rating on a bungee cord is?

Was there a red flag on all 4 corners ?
